**TO SUIT WITHIN THE RESTRICTIONS , WE HAVE REVISED OUR PROGRAM AS FOLLOWING AND LET US DO OUR PART TO ADHERE TO THE REGULATION** - LOW INTENSITY PROGRAM - ALWAYS KEEP YOUR MASK ON (BEFORE / DURING / AFTER) - 2 PAX PER GROUP / 3M APART These classes are rooted in military style training, so are typically pretty tough, and they often include a combination of cardio and strength exercises. Our Boot camp programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals. It often starts with dynamic warm ups, followed by a wide variety of interval training, including bodyweight moves and various types of intense explosive exercises.
