It started when I was chosen to compete in a dance competition with my dance mates in my early 20s. I started HIIT training so that I could build on my endurance but I’m glad it developed into a passion for fitness when I witness the change in my body and lifestyle.
Recently, I opened a small shop providing nutritious rice bowls. It’s not only about what you make your body do, but also what you allow it to consume that’s makes you stronger.
What drives me the most is when I witness progression, not only in myself, but also in others. As long as there’s progress, you’re definitely on the right track!
